Our goal is to promote harmony within human beings

EWO Infinite, a rapidly expanding Swiss group, operates in a constantly evolving market: the evolution of consciousness. By offering its clients an educational approach and innovative technological tools, EWO Infinite Group has established itself as a key player in the field of societal evolution.

An Interview with Patrice Vernay, the group's founding president.

Could you tell us a little about your company?

EWO Infinite Group is a company dedicated to societal evolution and to making new technologies available to enable the development of certain human capacities, such as consciousness. We operate in the field of individual development. Current scientific advances, driven by the work of renowned researchers, are making it possible to truly transform our perception of reality. As such, we work with scientists to make these innovations and insights accessible to everyone.

This work requires a high level of precision and dedication, as we must promote, distribute, and market—but also, and above all, make accessible to as many people as possible—these learning tools, which are still difficult to access. We invest a large portion of our revenue in developing our teams to better address people’s needs.

Our goal is to foster harmony within human beings, which necessarily involves taking into account their ecosystem and the environment in general.

How many people work for EWO Infinite Group on a daily basis?

To date, we have more than 40 employees and integrated contractors. Our goal is to be able to hire the contractors who work alongside us, but depending on the regions of the world where they are based, it’s not always easy to offer contracts when we don’t yet have a presence in certain countries. We are currently setting up operations to welcome new employees in Africa, Canada, and Serbia. For now, our main operations are primarily based in Switzerland and, to a lesser extent, in France.

How do you organize your activities in Europe, given that you are based in Switzerland?

The current situation has led to a sharp increase in remote work. However, we were already prepared for this way of working. Our tools enable us to be efficient. And our company’s structure and organizational model are designed to allow us to work from anywhere in the world. We’re investing time in adapting EWO Infinite Group to current needs. Because we prioritize well-being, we’re able to strike a balance between personal and professional life, as well as between collaborative and individual work. Our goal is to recreate the «traditional» office atmosphere where people go to work every day. We’ve succeeded in recreating this ecosystem while taking into account the unique aspects of remote work.

In how many countries do you operate?

Today, our clients are located in nearly 100 countries. Some of our events reach an even wider global audience, since we are not limited to in-person gatherings. As of now, everything is taking place online!

In addition, we are actively working to internationalize the company, particularly through the deployment of our multilingual teams and the implementation of an infrastructure tailored to this expansion.

What are your prospects for growth and development?

We are currently expanding our subsidiaries in Serbia, as well as in Africa and Canada, with a planned opening in 2022. We also plan to establish—there, as well as in France—several training and seminar centers to accommodate our clients.

The other major project, which is nearing completion, involves the launch of our online store in early 2022. This e-store will bring together all of our offerings and will be an essential tool for promoting and selling our products to our customers.

Finally, we are also developing an online academy, structured in collaboration with the academic and research communities.
