You have 5 years of experience mainly successful and also with some mistakes from which you learnt!
Implementing the company & brands strategy in the community management is natural for you. You can do this on all social networks (YT, FB, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter), both at a strategic and operational level.
You are result oriented and determined to reach your objectives (KPIs of community development…).
Intrapreneurship is your main posture at work so you like to be pro-active and to ideas towards their implementation. You are also autonomous with a good capacity to understand and learn by yourself! #startup
In a team you act you have an easy communication and listening so that everyone can give his best #TeamPlayer
Personal development and growth is an important aspect in your life. You have good introspection skills.
You are a French native speaker and also have a full English proficiency (writing of posts in English). Other languages are a nice bonus.
- Define the community management strategy, globally and per community & channel (social networks, articles, internal community communication tools…)
- Write good posts and articles in French and English (Copywriting) to federate each community
- Follow the KPIs (community growth, conversion rate…) & ensure they are reached
- Report the progression of the Community Management activity
- Contribute to the evolution of the sphere strategy & functioning
