Failure to comply with compliance guidelines—whether through illegal conduct or failure to adhere to the company’s internal standards—can have serious consequences for a company. This includes, for example, claims for damages and fines, which can result in not only financial losses but also significant damage to the company’s reputation. A company committed to sustainable development does everything in its power to avoid such damage.

First, we are implementing strategies and organizational measures that will ensure we always remain in line with the direction we have set at the operational level.

The next step is to establish an ongoing audit process that will enable us to respond immediately to any institution at any time by having up-to-date documentation and by constantly monitoring legal and regulatory changes affecting our activities (legal monitoring).

We are well-versed in commercial matters (consumer protection), as well as data protection, training regulations, banking regulations (including aspects of financial flows and their justification in an international context), labor law… and also in the company’s internal standards.

In order to implement this sustainable compliance management system for our group, I would like each of us to understand, consider, and integrate the processes that have been put in place so that we can move forward with them as we evolve—never viewing them as obstacles but rather as springboards for growth for each of us, for our EWO Infinite Group as a whole, and consequently for society as a whole.
