Implementing the company & brands strategy in the community management is natural for you. You can do this on all social networks (YT, FB, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter), both at a strategic and operational level.

You are results-oriented and determined to achieve your goals (community development KPIs, etc.).

Intrapreneurship is your main posture at work so you like to be pro-active and to ideas towards their implementation. You are also autonomous with a good capacity to understand and learn by yourself! #startup

In a team you act you have an easy communication and listening so that everyone can give his best #TeamPlayer

Personal development and growth is an important aspect in your life. You have good introspection skills.

You are a native French speaker and also have a full English proficiency (writing of posts in English). Other languages are a nice bonus.

Main missions
  • Define the community management strategy, both globally and for each community and channel (social media, articles, internal community communication tools, etc.)
  • Write good posts and articles in French and English (Copywriting) to federate each community
  • Track the KPIs (community growth, conversion rate, etc.) and ensure they are met
  • Report the progression of the Community Management activity
  • Contribute to the evolution of the sphere strategy & functioning
Status
Permanent, full-time & full-remote. Open to any country compatible with working hours in France.
Compensation
€28,000–32,000 gross per year for a French employee, depending on qualifications and experience. Amounts may vary for freelancers or employees from other countries.
